Hey There!

I'm Ashley W. Cummings, LCSW

THERAPIST & EMOTIONAL WELLNESS COACH

I am a midwife for a new kind of soul. As a therapist, emotional wellness teacher, and imposter syndrome survivor, my work helps leaders, visionaries, and high-achievers shed the weight of people-pleasing, silence the grip of imposter syndrome, and rise into the freedom of who they truly are.

At The DAWN, I guide those who feel called to more—yet are tired of shrinking, striving, and second-guessing—into a life of confidence, clarity, and God-given influence. My approach is both deeply spiritual and profoundly practical, rooted in emotional safety, mindfulness, and liberation.

I believe you were made to move from limited living to limitless liberation. I will walk with you—asking hard questions about why you shrink, steadying your breath, showing you your strength, and helping you deliver the truest, most powerful version of yourself into the world.  You are here as a vessel of Sovereign God, but you cannot fulfill your own calling until you shred what hides your shine. Let's heal so you can shine.

My Approach

I offer coaching that is rooted in both faith and therapeutic awareness. When work towards life goals and tackle obstacles by incorporating our view of God, and considering how our past keeps us stuck. The process includes examining our relationship with God, developing love for ourselves, and moving forward with courage to win. I am trained as a coach, trauma therapist, and biblical counselor. All these skills come together to create a path for your healing and action.

S.H.E. Wins Community

I guide women leaders in uncovering the stories that keep them stuck, using practical somatic techniques to check and balance ourselves, and finally creating action that conquers fears and removes the barriers to joy. This is liberation.

One hour of therapy is traditional, but deeper work can be accomplished when we spend dedicated blocks of time in a healing process.

A pilot experiential community - with monthly gatherings to help you deepen your relationship with God, self and others.
